SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are carefully processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your Sinnuel pieces arrive safely.

Delivery Times

Switzerland: 3-5 business days European Union: 7-10 business days International: 10-15 business days

All orders include tracking information sent directly to your email, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Sinnuel pieces. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at collective@sinnuel.com. Please note: items sent back without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at collective@sinnuel.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and personalised/custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, return your original item and place a new order for your preferred size or style once your return is approved.

EU Customers - 14 Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must meet the same conditions: unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
